Sick and Tired

I think as you grow older you begin to really appreciate your own health. You don’t ask for God to give you lots of nice things, but instead you pray for health and long life for you and your loved ones.

Somehow getting sick has started to terrify me a lot lately. I know our days have been counted for us even before we are born, but still, I feel like I can definitely affect on many things by myself too.

This leads to another question. Why don’t I take care of my health better? Am I just going to carry on with my habits till it’s too late? Taking care of your health, physical and mental, is a way to thank our Creator for this body He has given to me. A place where my soul lives. Why wouldn’t I cherish it? If I really want a rich and happy life, I need to put some effort to it. So, some changes needs to be done here, inshAllah.

Good night people.

Stay healthy.
